!!! UWAGA !!!
Issue:
Currently we are facing an issue were customers are not able to start EPLAN after a windows 10 update is installed.
The error message MAX 15.19 Connection to EPLAN Client Service is not available, shown with error number [0x80070005] Access Denied.
Also Windows 8 or 8.1 (KB4056898) and Windows 7 (KB4056897) systems may be involved in this case.
Solution:
At the moment the only solution is to uninstall the responsible Microsoft hotfixes.
The issue is caused by the hotfix KB4056892 on Windows 10 systems with version 1709 and
hotfix KB4056891 on Windows 10 systems with version 1703.
